There are a few problems here. The first is that BROQ did not use a certified lab. Our 3rd party testing is done by a certified lab and shows over 5mg of Sulforaphane per capsule. We sent BrocElite capsules to the lab that BROQ used and the results showed what we expected, NOT the 1.9mg that BROQ claims.
The second problem is that BROQ is comparing apples to oranges. They are discussing levels of Sulforaphane when they are no longer a stable sulforaphane supplement as of January 1st, 2025.
The third problem is that BROQ requested that these supplements be tested both in water and in a ph liquid - a test that might be relevant for glucoraphanin supplements, but does not apply to stable Sulforaphane.

Do you have to take BrocElite with food?
Yes, we recommend taking it with food. In research about 10% - 20% of people who take sulforaphane experience mild stomach discomfort for a short period of time. Taking BrocElite with food lessens the chance of experiencing this discomfort.
Does BrocElite need to be refrigerated?

How long does it take to notice an effect?

We work out of a facility in Charlottesville, VA that is solely dedicated to producing our supplements, so we do not have concern of cross-contamination.
